SUE'S SCULPTURES
Each piece is a hand made one of a kind sculpture. They each start with an armature. The papier mache pulp is applied over the armature and allowed to dry for apprx. 2 weeks, depending on the size of the piece. A layer of primer is painted over the dried sculpture. Acrylic paints are used to bring the piece to life. The sculpture is then sealed, stained, and finally signed by the artist.
